About the Job:
As a Sales Development Rep with experience in the Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Digital Media Workflow industry, you will be responsible for supporting the Content Provider sales team by identifying, prospecting, qualifying and scheduling appointments for the sales team to obtain new account business in the Americas region. The primary objective will be to drive new sales leads in this territory. 

  • Develop new opportunities via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Unified Delivery Network (UDN) and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Find compelling aspects of the customer's needs to qualify
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel towards a meeting.
  • Work with the Regional VP of Sales and Sales managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to report up.
  • Experience in the Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Digital Media Workflow industry
  • 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
  • Experience of research tools such as Crunchbase, Linkedin
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Technical Interest in CDN/video production/Media Workflows needed
  • Experience with Salesforce 
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a team
  • Ability to work from home
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
